Directions to the Estate Office

FROM LONDON & THE EAST
• Continue to the end of the M3 and exit onto the M27 West to Bournemouth and Southampton.
• Leave the M27 at junction 2 and follow signs to Salisbury and the A36. •After short dual carriageway, take 2nd exit at the roundabout signposted A36 to Salisbury.
• Follow the A36 for four miles.
• Turn left on to B3079 at the turning to Hamptworth and Landford which is immediately after The New Forest Lodge Hotel.
• Follow the road for half a mile and turn right into Hamptworth Road signposted to Hamptworth Golf and Country Club.
• Continue for half a mile and turn first left into Lyburn Road. If you pass The Cuckoo Inn, you have gone too far.
• After 400 yards, turn right and follow up the hill. After a further quarter of a mile you will pass the New Forest Farm Shop on your left hand side. Immediately past the Farm Shop entrance, pull over and park on the right hand side. The small gate opposite the parking area is the entrance into the Estate Office..

FROM SALISBURY
• Leave Salisbury on A36 and continue South heading towards Southampton.
• After eight miles, turn right onto the B3079 signposted to Hamptworth and Landford.
• Follow the road for half a mile and turn right into Hamptworth Road signposted to Hamptworth Golf and Country Club.
• Continue for half a mile and turn first left into Lyburn Road. If you pass the Cuckoo Inn, you have gone too far.
• After 400 yards, turn right and follow up the hill. After a further quarter of a mile you will pass the New Forest Farm Shop on your left hand side. FROM BOURNEMOUTH
• Leave Bournemouth on A338 heading North. •At the end of the A338, take 3rd exit at the roundabout onto the A31.
• Continue on A31 for ten miles which connects directly onto the M27.
• Leave the M27 at junction 2 and follow signs to Salisbury and the A36.
• After short dual carriageway, take 2nd exit at the roundabout signposted A36 to Salisbury.
• Follow the A36 for four miles.
